These terms and conditions govern your use of Betflare Casino. The current Terms version 2.1 was published on 15 January 2022, and English is the controlling language. We may update these terms at any time, and changes take effect upon publication, so please read the latest version before using our services. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with us. Access is restricted in the countries and territories listed in our Terms and Conditions, and a separate declaration made during registration excludes additional markets, so you are responsible for checking the current restricted list before registering. Certain nationalities may also be excluded from some bonuses while remaining eligible for cashback. Only players who complete registration with accurate personal details may use our services.
Account Registration
To register, complete the registration form with accurate personal details matching your legal identity. Only one account is permitted per player, IP address, home address, payment card and email address. Your registration details must match your legal identity and the ownership of any payment method you use, and payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited. Changes to your personal details require supporting documentation. Funds and accounts cannot be transferred between players. Our anti-money laundering records include your first and last name, date of birth, residence country, gender, nationality and full address.
Verification
Identity and payment verification is required before withdrawals. We may request photo ID or a passport, a recent utility bill matching your registered address, copies of payment cards with the middle eight digits and security code hidden or proof of an alternative payment method, a signed authorisation form, and a verification call. Anti-money laundering checks may also require an image of your ID beside a handwritten six-digit random number and a second image of your face, with electronic checks run against two databases. Enhanced verification stages apply when deposit or withdrawal activity reaches defined thresholds, including source of wealth or source of funds checks at the higher stage. Transactions and accounts may be held until these checks are completed, and verification may delay withdrawals.
Deposits
We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Rapid Transfer, Neteller, PaysafeCard, Skrill, Bank Transfer, MiFinity, Flexepin, Neosurf, Interac and a range of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, Dogecoin, BNB, Cardano, Ripple and USD Coin. A minimum deposit applies, and a standard maximum deposit limit applies per transaction. Deposits are subject to a 3x wagering requirement, and all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals can be made via Bank Transfer, Skrill, MiFinity, EzeeWallet, Neteller, Rapid Transfer, Interac and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Tether, Ethereum, Tron, Dogecoin, Litecoin, BNB, Cardano, Ripple and USD Coin. A minimum withdrawal amount applies. Verification may delay withdrawals, and transactions may be held until identity, payment and anti-money laundering checks are completed. Withdrawable funds are used before bonus funds, and requesting a withdrawal before completing bonus rollover forfeits the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
Bonuses and Promotions
We offer a welcome package across your first deposits, weekly reload offers on weekends and Wednesdays, cashback and selected game-specific packages. Only one active bonus is allowed at a time, and each offer is limited to one per person, family, address, email, IP address, phone number, payment account or card and device. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are valid for 10 days after activation, and winnings from deposit bonuses can be converted up to 5x the bonus amount. A maximum bet applies while playing with bonus funds. Withdrawable funds are used before bonus funds, a withdrawal before rollover completion forfeits the bonus, and previously unused bonuses cannot be activated after a withdrawal request. Offer terms can change, so check the current conditions on the site before opting in.
Gameplay Rules
Slots and most other games generally contribute 100% toward bonus wagering, while listed exceptions contribute 20% or 0%. Table games, poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and craps contribute 0%. Named blocked slots and all live casino games cannot be played while a bonus is active. Identity and payment verification applies to gameplay activity, and account and bonus restrictions apply as described in these terms.
Restricted Activity
Each player may hold only one account, and shared IP addresses, home addresses, payment cards and email addresses are restricted to a single account. Using payment methods owned by third parties is prohibited, as is transferring funds or accounts between players. Registration details must match your legal identity and payment ownership at all times.
Account Suspension
Transactions and accounts may be held or restricted while identity, payment or anti-money laundering verification checks are completed. Inactivity rules are set out in our Terms and Conditions; please review the current version for the applicable dormancy and closure provisions.
Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Closure can take up to two business days and requires you to clear any remaining funds and pending withdrawals first.
Responsible Gambling
Our Responsible Gaming policy, last updated on 5 October 2021, offers deposit, bet, loss and session limits. Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately, while increasing one may require a cooling period, and limits are not applied retroactively. A cooling-off period lasts at least seven days and blocks deposits and promotions. Self-exclusion or a timeout lasts at least 24 hours, with options such as 48 hours, seven days and 30 days, and cannot be cancelled once activated. You can request either tool by emailing [email protected]. Please withdraw your funds before exclusion, as withdrawal assistance is unavailable during the block, and reopening an account after expiry requires contacting support and is not automatic.
